How to send back your instruments

Step 1: Inform our Technical Service via e-mail and receive a mail requesting information on the equipment afterwards.

Step 2: Download the Declaration of Non Contamination (DONC) decontamination sheet and fill it out.

Step 3: Send back the requested information and the DONC decontamination sheet to recieve a notification (case) number.

Step 4: Place the notification number in a visible place on the outside of the equipment box and send your clean product with the DONC to the address below.
